A £7.8m alteration and refurbishment scheme to create nine luxury apartments and a new retail space from a former bank is underway.

Chorus Group and The Grosvenor Estates are currently undertaking alterations and sympathetic refurbishment to 30 North Audley Street in London's Mayfair.

The existing roof configuration will be removed and a new mansard roof installed to match the original roof design and will be more in-keeping with the surrounding area. The Green Street side of the building will undergo the most structural alterations with new external walls, side and rear, with the front elevation retained. The main facades will be restored including facade cleaning, repairs and full redecorations on completion.
