The Construction Youth Trust's new publication Building Lives was launched earlier this year by fellow Construction Youth Trust supporter, and Chorus client, Grosvenor.Aimed at highlighting the opportunities in construction for young people of all backgrounds, the publication includes senior figures from across the industry speaking candidly about how they overcame tough beginnings to build successful careers in the sector.
Building Lives has also been presented as a model of best practice to the Equalities and Human Rights Commission Construction Leadership Group.
