Chorus Group and Land Securities are working together on a prestigious project at 110 Cannon Street.
The £13m project is the extension and Category A completion of this City of London office building of ground plus eleven floors as well as lower ground and basement levels.
The double height reception fronting Cannon Street addresses the central core with its bank of four passenger lifts. Either side, existing voids are to be enclosed with decorative metal screens and new curtain walling to form new accommodation and a street frontage with lighting and signage. The flanking first floor accommodation is also to be extended with new curtain wall and Analok finished cladding with accessible green roofs at second floor level. The reception and office accommodation is to be fully refitted and central plant and riser services are to be replaced.
