Under extremely tough competition, Chorus has won the contract for the 88,000 sq.ft Cat B fit out at 160 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4.

The works which are being carried out on the 5th, 4th, 3rd Lower Ground and Basement Level 2 comprise of the formation of open plan and cellular office accommodation; comms room, meeting rooms and full staff support areas together with a new services installation.

The Chorus Interiors Director commented that “this is one of the most prestigious contracts to come to the market this year and we are rightly proud to have won it. We will take this pride on-site and deliver to the client a project that the client will be delighted with.”

The project commenced on the 17th June 2005 and completes on 7th October 2005 giving a total of 16 weeks duration on site.
