Chorus Group have been appointed by Great Portland Estates as main contractor to undertake the refurbishment works at 24 Britton Street, London.The £3.7m project involves the major refurbishment of an existing 40,000 sq ft office building and creation of a new entrance pavilion, atrium and reception facility. Over the next 26 weeks, refurbishment of the offices and common areas will be taking place including the creation of openings in slabs to increase light percolation through to lower floors.
