The CAT A refurbishment of the 1st floor consists of the stripping out of the existing FCUs and associated pipe work, re-route building pipe work, removal of a staircase and WCs, strip out secondary glazing, plastering of perimeter walls and reveals, glazing repairs and breaking out high points in screeded floors.

The refurbishment of the Haymarket House reception area will be phased to enable access to the lifts and stairs for the tenants as much as possible. The Haymarket reception works will comprise of the following activities, complete strip out of existing finishes, reception desks, removal of the existing curtain walling and decorative art work, cut new opening through facade stone to form new door way, modify sprinkler pipe work, valve, and dry riser and install new finishes which include plasterboard ceilings and partitions, stone floor, new reception desk, new glazed doors, curtain walling, joinery panels, heating and cooling, new lighting and pavement lights.
