On 15th July at Lake Dorney, Paul Gaughan and Mark O’Connell took part in the King Sturge Triathlon comprising a 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run all in aid of The Children’s Trust and Orchid.

Paul completed the race in 1hr 35mins and Mark in 1hr 22mins.
