Duke Street is a complex structural refurbishment on behalf of Grosvenor.By combining two buildings, on Duke Street and Binney Street, Chorus will create five retail units and 16 luxury apartments.

This requires the complete strip out to the structural frame then the refurbishment of both buildings.

Due to its Grade II listed status, works on Duke Street are being undertaken under the watchful eye of English Heritage, with every effort being made top reserve not only the façade, but also internal coving, fireplaces, doors and other features.
