SCOPE OF WORK

A 22,000 ft² heavy refurbishment on behalf of Legal & General. Works included the demolition of 5th and 6th floor roof structure together with several sections of the floor slabs throughout the building.

The existing structure was strengthened to support the new additional floors, before the 5th and 6th floors were reconstructed.

This project also included a high specification reception area with a feature staircase from basement to first floor.
