SCOPE OF WORK
A Guestroom and Steam, Bake and Grill rollout over 15 and 8 sites respectively in the south of England. The project incorporated the full refurbishment of over 1,000 guestrooms, commercial areas and conference facilities. The project was completed to extremely tight programmes, with works being completed in occupation and around the facilities other engagements. The project has seen a peak room handover rate of 60 guestrooms per week over five venues. The refurbishment of eight 'Steam, Bake and Grill' restaurants involved completely modernising the restaurants to match the revitalised guestroom and communal areas.
