This project was the full conversion of a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse from offices to luxury apartments. Its location just off Oxford Street meant that logistical arrangements were extremely important and deliveries had to be carefully scheduled to minimise disruption.
Works included the demolition of the rear mews building and the construction of an additional floor. Extensive structural and roof alterations and repairs were made. All new M&E and mains services were installed along with new drainage and basement tanking.
The five luxury apartments have been fitted out with high quality fixtures, fitting and finishes to ensure that their quality matched the premium location.
