The scheme comprised the alteration and refurbishment of the property internally and externally.
Full height scaffolding was installed to both 12 Upper Belgrave street and16a Wilton Mews. The scaffolding extended across both roof areas to allow roof repairs and the installation of new airconditioning plant to the roof of 12 Upper Belgrave Street.
12 Upper Belgrave Street:
Full internal strip out, structural modifications and refurbishment with associated mechanical and electrical installation to the existing offices.

16a Wilton Street:
Residential refurbishment and alterations comprising forming basementbedroom, mechanical and electrical works and decorations.
