SCOPE OF WORK
The building was originally two separate townhouse properties until conversion to offices in the 1970's. Our remit was to completely strip out the existing demountable partitions ceilings, floor finishes and all mechanical and electrical services. The next phase of the project involved the fitting out to Cat A, whilst also increasing the floor area to 13,000 ft². The scheme included new services throughout, refurbishment of the lift, a new reception area, toilets including disabled toilet to the ground floor, and internal and external decoration. The roof area waterproofing was repaired and over laid with a Sedum type living roof surface which was a first for Grosvenor Estate Properties.
