SCOPE OF WORK
D&B refurbishment of a Grade II listed Victorian building into 40 luxury flats and penthouses. Works included the installation of two lifts, one internally and one externally. The development included soundproofed floors; dry-lined and skim coated partitions with contrasting exposed brickwork; services replacement throughout - electric skirting heating, cctv intercom and all plumbing and drainage. Externally we cleaned the brickwork and refurbished all windows.
