SCOPE OF WORK

Full refurbishment of 140 guestrooms between the 2nd and 6th floors with new FF&E throughout. Works also included refurbishment to all common areas including new stone finishes to ground floor; refurbishment of conference suites with fully integrated AV facilities and operable walls and a new reception area. New capital plant including boiler, calorifiers, water tanks were installed with new riser services throughout. The hotel remained fully operational over the 36 week duration with a 28 guestrooms per week handover rate at peak.
