SCOPE OF WORK

In October 2007 we undertook the refurbishment of the first building. Apollo Court, which has now been renamed 1 Thomas More Square (1TMS). A project over 35,000 ft², consisting of new fire alarms, BMS, new lifts, new chiller, new roof membrane and cladding remedials. This project was completed in June 2008.

The second project to be undertaken as the strip out to shell and core and 80,000 ft² out to Cat A within Gemini Court (2TMS).

Currently we are undertaking the infrastructure upgrade on Trinity Tower (3TMS), a 225,000 ft², fourteen storey building with three floors in occupation, and the Public Realm works to enhance the common areas of the overall campus.
