SCOPE OF WORK

A variety of projects involving extensions and alterations to the Design Centre with retail frontage alterations and fit outs for centre tenants. Structural works involved a three storey steel-frame and glazed extension to expand the Design Centre space on the south side. A further new “conservatory style” extension was built overlooking the harbour to match an existing structure on the same elevation. Retail fit outs were completed to a very high standard.
