SCOPE OF WORK

The success of these fast track fit outs depended on the full utilisation of the preconstruction period. Pre-manufacture of bespoke joinery items, precision planning and close liaison between the client, professional team and subcontractors was essential. The schemes included strip outs and subsequent installations of granite, stainless steel and hardwood bars, new M&E installations, new limestone and slate flooring, stainless steel equipment and chiller cabinets with a toilet refurbishment.
