SCOPE OF WORK

CAT B Office fit out over 3 floors including works within the Basement and Lower Ground. Works predominantly consist of the formation of peripheral offices and comms room within the 4th & 5th floors, the 3rd floor consists of specialist meeting rooms, high-end bespoke joinery and associated finishes throughout. The Reception area is fitted out to the highest quality. Specialist finishes include lighting, full AC and structured cabling. bespoke GRG Ceilings, Feature stone flooring (Terrazo), full kitchen and catering facilities, veneered doors (weathered sycamore), high acoustics and glazing.
