SCOPE OF WORK

Two basement leisure facility fit outs running concurrently. The scheme consisted of the demolition and fit out of redundant space including structural conversions to existing fabric to provide swimming pools, changing facilities, gymnasiums, receptions, beauty salons and full supporting services installations including integration into existing building services. Both buildings remained fully occupied and operational throughout.
