SCOPE OF WORK

Works included remodeling of building to include additional lift; removal of existing rooftop plant room; construction of new 8th floor and rooftop plant room; removal and replacement of all windows; installation of complete new M&E plant, including installation roof mounted chillers and AHU’s; installation of false ceilings and raised floors; fully fitted toilets with laminate panels and installation of three new lifts. Floors finished to Cat A standard for letting, reception and toilets fully finished.
