SCOPE OF WORK

Structural alterations and fitting out works of a former Co-Op Department Store to create modern retail space. The scheme included new shop fronts, construction of new lift shafts, installation of complete new M&E Services. Alterations and construction of blockwork partitions to create new back of house facilities. Works completed with residential accommodation above the store.
