SCOPE OF WORK


Chorus is currently undertaking the refurbishment project of this world famous hotel. This challenging project consists of the full refurbishment including complete structural works and reconfiguration of the Riverside Suites.

Services provision includes 19 new lifts, full new capital plant and services infrastructure together with new rooftop plant.

Internally the project consists of the five-star refurbishment and alterations to 267 guestrooms and the installation of a 16 room royal suite. Full front and back of house refurbishment is also being undertaken including extensive kitchen works.

Externally works include a new courtyard to the entrance and external fa?e refurbishment incorporating all new windows, cathodic protection and stonework.
